Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a full time Retail Merchandiser for our Farmington Hills, MI territory. The Retailer Merchandiser works autonomously to ensure the success of the sale, volume, rate of sale growth, distribution, brand presence, and positioning of our premium spirits portfolio within a set of dedicated off premise accounts. A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of products through customer relations, quality control, proper merchandising, and promotions. Here’s a small sample of what you’ll be doing:Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, checking date codes, processing restocks, and reorders as necessary according to the planogram standardsSell-in and build brand displays according off-premise standardsExecute point of sale (POS) programs to standardEnsure compliance of all alcoholic beverage regulationsEstablish and maintain relationships with key customersUtilize on-line database and systems to track territory and account progress.Maintain open communication with field and HQManage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation
