Job Description

As the Internal Communications Managerfor the Seller Organization, your ultimate goal is to keep employees connected, engaged, and informed. This will involve summarizing large amounts of complex and different information, developing new creative formats and channels for delivering and distributing information, and being the face and voice of information flow across the Seller Org.

You Will:

  • Create and implement a content strategy that informs and engages employees throughout the organization
  • Work with leaders to determine essential messages and the right channels to deliver them
  • Develop an editorial calendar and fill it with compelling content; track down and report out stories within the organization that connect employees to the Seller Org strategy
  • Write, produce, and emcee events, edit videos, and create infographics and other types of editorial content
  • Distribute content and communications using existing channels and developing new ones; establish measurement to understand and build engagement
  • Bring all decisions back to the centralized strategy for internal communications, keeping things clear and organized
  • Stay informed on strategic initiatives and progress across several initiatives

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on communications, journalism, speech writing or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop narratives and implement them in multiple formats including articles, video, podcasts, presentations, videos, and live events; experience filming and editing video is a plus
  • Outstanding presentation skills with experience presenting to and consulting with an executive audience
  • Experience working within an intranet
  • A resourcefulmentality and are committed to getting things done independentlyStrong team player and creative thinker; ability to influence without authority, build strong senior relationships to gain input and buy-in for design and implementation of changes
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
