Dispatcher/Sales (Flowood, MS)

This person will be responsible for managing the everyday activities of the routes to include oversight of 6 to 8 employees, equipment and coordinating delivery routes. This individual must be highly motivated and be able to communicate plans effectively to maintenace personnel and drivers. Must be able to manage inventory, equipment and process reports schedule on a weekly basis. This person will be responsible for maintaining adequate levels of inventory to meet sales needs. This individual must be able to manage the cost of deliveries and monitor delivery routes to ensure they are ran efficiently. This individual must be able to handle maintenance issues as required. This person will also handle the insurance of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with NCO skills and experience. Excel Spreadsheet knowledge/experience is a must.
