job summary:

Description:
  • This role is responsible for integrated planning and project execution for critical large scale CTI projects including: Data Center expansions with infrastructure delivery (network, compute and storge); Cloud/Grid capacity expansions; product infrastructure refresh/migrations; infrastructure hardware remediation; and product transformation.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery of defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
  • Key responsibilities include integrated planning, communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
  • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Required skills:
  • 7 years of technical project management experience (Data Center expansion and delivery of infrastructure (network, compute and storage).
  • Integrated planning experience and ability to sync multiple project into a single optimized plan.
  • Persistence, poise and perseverance to get things accomplished under pressure and within the set timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, coupled with ability to be versatile and flexible.
  • Excellent inter-personal, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy, clarity and quality of work.
  • MS Office skills, especially Project and Excel, to track and manage many different types of efforts and data.
