Broadridge is growing! We have an exciting opportunity to join our Broadridge Investment Management Solutions team. We are currently recruiting for a Head of North America Investment Management Business Analysis.In this role, you will lead our North American implementation team consisting of business analysts / associates who also complete system configuration and report to the North American Head of Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients, your team and internal teams to implement the best solution for the client
  • Manage contracts, project timelines, and deliverables. Ensure quality of work performed meets or exceeds expectations
  • May recruit and train consultants / associates
  • Oversee the development of business process related solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultant
  • Define client needs, determine a strategy and develop a plan/proposal for delivery of the project which generally leads to a client’s internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the Client of the topic
  • Ensure budgets and schedules meet Client requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience implementing software
  • Prior management experience leading teams implementing financial software
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, CFA or MBA preferred
  • Subject Matter expertise in at least one relevant core financial management domain
  • A self-starter with client relationship management experience
  • Success becoming a client’s trusted advisor
  • Demonstrates proven team leadership, project assessment and project delivery capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Order Management System experience a plus
  • Experience with Equity and Credit strategies a plus
  • Ability to effectively prepare and present complex written and verbal materials, as well as define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection, etc.
  • Demonstrates proven success and ability to be a team leader, leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members, as well as to build an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation
