ITTConnect is seeking a
Scrum Master experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry to join our team . Our client is a major IT Consulting firm with HQ in Europe, offices in 15 countries and over 10k employees, they are experts in tailored Applications Services to Banks, Insurance and Industry clients. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a multi-year green field implementation of a new core banking platform for one of the largest banks in the world. Job is fully remote and will be interacting with a distributed team in the US, Europe and Latin America. This person will focus on the API Ecosystems Team which is a diverse team that s composed by APIs Designer, Microservices Developers and Team Lead, Business Analyst, UX Engineer, DevOps, etc. Job Location: Chicago. Hybrid, few days in the office few days remote Requirements- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT
- MUST HAVE experience in Financial Services / Banking
- Highly desirable experience with API ecosystem (API design, microservices, developers, UX engineering, DevOps)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira
- Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies
- Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers
- Development Background experience, understanding SDLC
- Experience working with multiple teams composed up to 15 team members or more
- Experience documenting and managing confluence repositories
- Experience with metrics-oriented reporting
- B S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
