Growing, commercial fleet maintenance company is seeking professional Administrator to assist in daily production planning, scheduling and logistics. This administrative person will work to support Management, Foreman and our Field Service Technicians to ensure customer quality and satisfaction. The position will administrate and oversee vehicle maintenance programs as required by our clients.

Service Express Oklahoma LLC does business as On Site Lube. www.onsitelube.com We are a Mobile service company working for clients, at their location, at a time that is convenient to them. We provide OIL CHANGE services for company cars and trucks owned by businesses.

On Site Lube has clients in Tulsa, throughout Oklahoma and in all neighboring states.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients via telephone vehicle maintenance requests and repairs

Ensure vehicle maintenance work orders follow client requirements

Provide support for general requests and document management activities

Provide transactional support for day to day fleet activities including:

A/R (billing & collection)

A/P data entry

Scheduling and Work Order Management

Fleet management

Customer Service

Office organization

Qualifications

Proven customer service and organization skills with ability to manage small projects

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Reliable/dependable

4+ years of administrative experience required.

Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Positive, helpful and outgoing attitude

Able to work in a team environment

Excellent phone, communication and organizational skills required.

Computer savvy (must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook), able to learn and manipulate various cloud based software systems)

Must be excellent at general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

Takes initiative

Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.

Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
