Pathways offers a great benefit package including dental and health insurance, generous time-off and paid holidays.The Role: Rapid Rehousing Homeless Management Information Systems Database Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the data in ServicePoint Homeless Management Information System for a new statewide CARES Act Rapid Rehousing program. This program assists households experiencing homelessness to access independent apartments in the community and develop plans and support to ensure they maintain their housing. The database coordinator reviews Serves: Rapid Rehousing Statewide ProjectLocation: FlexibleSupervised by: Pathways Vermont Housing First DirectorResponsibilities:Ensure compliance with funders’ standardsEnsure accuracy and completeness of client data in ServicePoint:Initial demographic data entered correctly and all data points completeService notes entered by service teams within 24 hours of service delivery Local Coordinated Entry program updates and exits Household move-in date and interim updates Appropriate program releases of information and paperwork uploadedDevelop and run reports that provide program leadership with data:Contact report for households documenting regular contact Households enrolled per community (with comparison to project goals)Errors in content (with direction on resolution)Number and location of households servedNumber of days to access housingFinancial sustainability of program participants and % of income expended on housing expensesNumber of days since program enrollmentAchievement of housing support plan goalsAnnual Performance ReportComplete narrative reports for city, state and federal funding sourcesBuild and complete outcome and efficacy reports for the Rapid Rehousing programSupport staff in adhering to funder and billing requirements through regular reporting and review at weekly meetingsOversee database use for consistency and qualityDevelop and maintain necessary program materials and manualsWorking Conditions/Physical Demands:Extensive reading responsibilitiesRegular operation of a computer and other office machinery including frequent typingFrequent talking and listening in participation of exchanging ideas through spoken word and occasional receipt and giving of detailed information through oral communication at normal speaking levels.Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, occasionally exerting up to 20 pounds of force and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently (opening doors at meeting places/businesses, etc.)Visual acuity to operate motor vehiclesQualifications:Must be able to work in a fast paced environment as well as possess strong problem solving skills, work ethic and computer proficiencyMust be comfortable with rapid growth and thinking out of the boxCommitment to Pathways mission of housing as a human rightExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the missionPatience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and sensitivity to persons with disabilities and other minority populationsCompensation: 50% FTE, hourly employee17.5 - 20 hour work week$15-$19/hourBenefits:Paid Time Off Prorated to hours workedAll-Staff days off Employee Assistance ProgramLongevity Recognition
