Primary Purspose: The Analyst I - Maintenance position is responsible for performing Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) reporting on asset management, maintenance activity, and vendor performance. The Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and execution of short- and long-term maintenance and construction capital programs. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and enhancing processes to improve efficiency, transparency and provide controls to ensure alignment with business standards. This role will work collaboratively with Accounting, Facilities Maintenance, Energy, Store Development, and other relevant business partners that rely on asset data from the CMMS application to deliver their work.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies potential capital improvement projects and conducts cost analysis utilization in preparation of annual capital budgets on behalf of the Brands and RBS.
  • This role makes decisions with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Gathers all necessary data and knowledge to arrive at high quality decisions and recommendations. Responsible for managing project deadlines.
  • Utilizes creative thinking and applies smart solutions for business challenges to ensure the asset management program maximizes its value to the business.
  • Support creation and review all capital project scopes and budgets, monitor progress and changes, and provide updates to the capital planning team.
  • Participate in the financial assessment and review of capital project requests for various business partners.
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, able to make complex data and concepts clear to others.
  • Is the subject matter expert in capital planning technology and asset insights through the Service Channel application; maintains clear documentation and organized records for all communications related to capital planning.
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of policies and procedures related to capital planning.
  • Support development and training of associates in areas of operational and technical requirements for brands, which includes service performance, technology, safety and compliance, cost savings initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and communications as needed to system users and vendors during project implementations, system upgrades, software changes and daily system issues.
  • Support all Maintenance teams with financial reporting, analyzing of data, building metrics or Ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 years related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles; including the ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum 20% Travel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
  • Service Channel or other CMMS application experience
