Wanted: Sales Representative/Estimator for Foundation Repair Company (Sacramento)

A Sales Representative/Estimator (SRE) is wanted to help Sacramento based construction firm specializing in Foundation repair, Helical Pier Installation. Area of coverage may extend from Nevada Border to San Francisco Bay area. The SR will be responsible for going out on sales appointments and inspecting foundations. Experience inspecting or a basic understanding of foundations is desirable, but not required. Training will be provided.

The SRE will develop a scope of repair and provide to the client an estimate for repair. SRE will be responsible for maintaining sales pipeline and ensure foundation repairs are done according to the SRE scope of repair.

This is a full-time position.

This is a quota position.

This is base salary + commission

Company Vehicle / Phone / Computer to be supplied after 90-day probation / training

REQUIREMENTS

-High school diploma or GED preferred;

-Must have basic construction knowledge. Foundation experience a plus

-Must be able to crawl under houses

-Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

-MUST pass criminal background check

-MUST pass drug screen

-MUST have a clean DMV record

-Machine Operating Skills a plus

-Ability to back up a trailer a plus

Job Type: Commission

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Required experience:

Sales Experience: 5 year minimum

Must be knowledgeable in MS Applications. Basic Computer Skills

Must have knowledge in Construction procedures.

Must be willing to learn the basics of foundation and foundation failures.

Must be able to crawl under houses / buildings to inspect foundation

Must be able to create a level Survey
