Seeking Customer Service Rep (TEMPLE HILLS)

DMV INSURANCE is looking for a individual that has strong customer service skills.

We are looking to hire Part-time. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday.

Must have reliable transportation and legal to work in the U.S.

Professional experience and responsibilities:

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Ability to communicate clearly and quick learner

Computer savvy

-Assist customers to understand vehicle registration procedures

-Manage money/credit card reports

-Maintain office daily duties, supplies, and materials

-Provide general admin support

-English and Spanish is preferred

-Excellent time/task management, interpersonal, communications, and writing skills.

-High level of proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, power point, quick books

-Able to work effectively in a team oriented environment and/or independently

-Attention to detail and able to manage priorities on a timely manner

-Support other areas as needed

-Conduct daily office check list duties
