NAV ERP Analyst - Remote (must be in Illinois) - $120kOur client is an industrial products distributor that is looking for an ERP Analyst to play an important user-facing role in their day-to-day operations. Get ready to join a fast-paced organization with a fun, dynamic IT team. The company has been in business for seven decades and is continuing to grow, investing heavily into their technology infrastructure in the process. This is an amazing opportunity to not only work on their current Nav system but also on a future ERP upgrade. Your new role will involve:- Lead support efforts on the organization's ERP system
- Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
- Troubleshoot system errors
- Provide training to users on ERP processes
- Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
- Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with inventory, production, and warehousing add-ons
What you'll need:- Experience with Dynamics NAV, Navision, or Business Central
- Understanding of operations/accounting processes
- Experience with generating reports using SSRS, Power BI, or Jet is preferred
- A background in working in large user bases
- The ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience with troubleshooting, testing, training, and configuration
