Requirements: - 4 or more years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with HR applications is a must.
- Experience with LEAN concepts, Six Sigma, etc.
- Experience with dissecting and streamlining data is a must.
- Experience with Visio is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities: - Design and construct state process flows and requirements with stakeholders.
- Create and streamline HR process flows.
- Work as a bridge between stakeholders and business.
- Implement Six Sigma to improve efficiency.
- Head project tasks and plans and align them with the scope, timeframe, and quality.
- Recognize and access errors and dependencies and communicate them while providing suggestions.
- Perpetuate and share knowledge of project methods and practices to the team.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
