job summary:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform current state analysis on the business domain and its supporting systems; perform gap and impact analysis; and elicit requirements to understand pain points, areas for process improvement, and desired future state.
    • Support the vendor evaluation and selection process by collaborating with Sourcing & Procurement and business stakeholders.
    • Support testing to ensure the solution meets business needs and delivers value.
    • Produce high-level requirements documents and system design specifications using a model-driven approach to communicate requirements from various perspectives (business, functional, data, system, integration).
    • Manage the requirements review and approval process, facilitating review sessions and validating that requirements meet business needs and are understood by delivery teams.
