- Serve as the primary developer for development needs
- Develop and implement formal DevOps process
- Work with the team to manage Azure Cloud Infrastructure/platforms/services and security
- Architect, design and implement Big Data Management and Analytics solutions
- Lead and implement systems integrations efforts

- Bachelor's degree in technology-related focus or equivalent experience/certification
- 10+ years of experience working as a systems/software developer
- 5+ years in a technology role in a company with 100 or more employees.
- 3+ years in the Big Data and Analytics space
- Overall experience with the Microsoft BI stack preferred
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Synapse Analytics
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and/or Azure SQL (Microsoft T-SQL) is required
- Familiarity with NoSQL systems and working with Big Data, such as Azure CosmosDB, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power BI (Data Modelling and Report creation)
- Developing and/or consuming HTTP APIs, especially REST/JSON
- Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience with IoT (Azure IoT Hub / Events Hub) is a plus
- Experience with SCADA/DAS/PI/UNIX and other Energy specific technologies is a plus
- Cloud computing (Azure)
- Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell
- Database: SQL (T-SQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB)
- API (REST/GraphQL)
- Ability to write good documentation
- DevOps: Azure DevOps/Git
