job summary:Randstad Federal is seeking an SAP SCM Functional Analyst for a federal program with US Navy. location: BETHESDA, Marylandjob type: Contractsalary: $90 - 100 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Required Skills: - Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area. - Experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP APO to execute demand forecasting and supply planning. Advanced SAP consulting experience with the Ability to provide technical expertise in designing, configuring and customizing within SAP SCM/OF supply planning functionality. - Provide SCM/OF expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition in support of upgrade. - Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary. Lead design of SCM/OF interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements. - This position requires in-depth knowledge of one or more functional area as well as relevant SAP module(s), specifically in the area of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Fulfillment (OF). - Federal government project experience required, Navy ERP experience is preferred Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP SCM/OF module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred. - Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable) Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree. Primary Job Duties:
- Participates in workshops with operational system owners across commands to gain an understanding of SCG impact in module.
- Provides module expertise to inform display types and flow of sensitive data into and out of module.
- Contributes to documentation (Project requirements matrix, functional and technical requirements, mapping of data flows and business processes)
- Preferred experience working with handling classified data and security classification guides (SCG)
- Preferred experience working with Naval information systems
- Preferred experience working with interfaces between enterprise business systems
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 10 years of experience
