We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Budtenders as well as Farm Production Specialist to join our Grants Pass team. Current pay rates range from $14 to $19 dollars. Salary positions and advancement are possible for very qualified individuals looking for career opportunities. Starting Pay is based on experience, and new hires should expect a 30-Day probationary training period before reaching base rates.

All applicants must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Permit before applying. All applicants that have not completed this process will not be eligible for the interview process.

In addition to a valid OLCC permit. Please review the fallowing Must-have Qualification before applying.

Must-have Qualifications:

21 years of age

Excellent Cannabis knowledge

Customer service experience

Register/cash handling experience

Pass background check

Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances while on shift.

Ability to work days/nights – weekends potential holidays – on call shifts

Able to communicate effectively

Typical Tender duties include:

Checking and Verifying IDs

Ringing up Sales

Cash handling

Customer Service

Restocking Product

Cleaning

Inventory Audits

Typical Production duties include:

Trimming Flower

Harvesting

Manicuring Plants

Pre-roll Production

Able to work within a team environment

Flexibility with work schedule

Computer proficient
