PCA/CNA NEEDED in COVID FREE home - NEED to Fill pos ASAP! NO EXP REQ! (Cumberland)

If you're a personal care assistant or a CNA, then you know it's a scary time to be looking for work! Especially if you've never done in-home care before! Nursing homes and hospitals are all looking for help, and the reason is simply the fact that they cannot provide a safe working environment! Even working for home care agencies in times like these can be extremely dangerous! Not just for you, but for your clients as well, going into different houses, several in the same day!

OK, now that we've got that scary stuff out of our heads, let me tell you about a place where you'll be able to come to work without having to worry about catching COVID!

My name is Steve, I'm 39 years old and I have a disability called arthrogryposis, which is similar to the muscular dystrophy, but not quite the same. I'm looking for a reliable person (with OR without PCA/CNA experience) to care for me in my home. I'm currently bedbound, see I lost my right leg in a car accident several years ago and up until a few years back, I had spent at least 10 - 12 hours per day in my electric wheelchair, not letting my disability get in the way of living my life! Then, 2 years ago, one thing led to another health-wise, leading me to my current situation.

It is with great hope & faith that after this whole COVID-19 crap is over that all the king's horses and All the King's Men will be able to put this world back together again! Wow, I'm a poet and I didn't even know it! Anyway, on to Logistics

The hours and days are Fridays, from 10 am - 6 pm, Saturdays & Sundays, from 4 pm - 12 am. Of course, there are always more hours available, if someone calls out or needs a day off, so you won't only be limited to 24 hours per week.

I've got my own apartment & rely 100% on my PCA's to thrive independently in the community! That means that if you're my PCA, you have to be dependable I know that emergencies come up, but the position is only 3 days per week My PCA's MUST UNDERSTAND that when they call out, that I'm stuck alone & helpless until my next PCA shows up!

This is a GREAT opportunity if you are a male (or female), looking to get into PCA/CNA work, but don't know how or where to go to get started!

No having to go through any unpaid or costly training & take any mind-numbing tests/exams!

No experience, no problem! On-the-job training will be provided at no cost!

Applicant needs to pass a BCI (criminal background check) done upon hire.

Applicant must have their own car with insurance!

Applicant has to be ok with cigarette/weed smoke because I am a smoker & I smoke in my home.
