25K+ Housekeeping & Light Maintenance (S. Knox & Karns)

25K. Seeking a housekeeper or housekeeper team for cleaning of overnight and extended stay properties. Something to note – on occasion, work requires 7 days a week coverage as reservations can create same day turn cleans (guest departing and arriving the same day) and many times these cleans fall on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Individual(s) MUST be willing to perform cleaning, deep cleaning and other property associated housekeeping working with me, The Owner, on the standard of cleaning while providing your own cleaning tools and supplies. I supply everything else required for the home. Annual 2019 earnings for housekeeper was 25K+.

And, finally, if you are interested, the work requires light maintenance from time to time too. Any maintenance would be paid for seperate from the cleaning and would be assessed and paid for outside the cleaning work increasing the earning potential for this work.

Applicant must be willing to 1) complete a job application; 2) submit a background check (arrest do not disqualify an applicant); 3) be willing to submit drug screening now and random; and 4) provide for themselves unwavering transportation to and from work sites.

This work is stable and is a great situation for a retired couple, disabled or other fixed income person(s) or others seeking additional income who can are able to clean and perform light maintenance, as I have a proven record of providing my business partners steady work/income.
