Job Summary :

Under moderate direction, performs basic cleaning tasks according to specific departmental policy and procedures in order to maintain a clean, safe and attractive environment for the community.

Primary Job Duties :

1.Cleans all assigned resident and ancillary areas daily, according to policies and procedures to ensure a sanitary and odor-free home like environment.

2.Demonstrates the willingness to meet the needs of the department by assisting fellow employees, residents and their families.

3.Completes duties as assigned and routine assignments within the work shift and performs the assignments without supervisor assistance.

4.Properly uses supplies and equipment.

Minimum Job Qualifications :

Education : High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Skills & Abilities :

Must be able to work under moderate direction.

Perform basic task on a daily basis.

Must be able to understand written and verbal directions.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to walk, stand, lift, reach, push and pull.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
