Personal Assistant (Oakton, VA)

Ideal candidate will be able to assist with different tasks of the executive’s schedule: family, personal, and professional.

The position will be a blend of an administrative assistant and household assistant for the private family in Oakton, Virginia. A typical day would be helping the 6 yo kid get ready for school; light housekeeping as needed (laundry, ironing, etc.), help with business administrative tasks, book keeping, scheduling, errands.

The position is full-time. Schedule is expected to be Monday-Friday (9am - 5 pm). This position is in a private home setting located in Oakton, VA.

Prerequisites:

Candidate must have their own personal vehicle

Valid drivers license, clean driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The Personal assistant is responsible for providing exceptional comprehensive, personal and logistical support.

Practice strong communication skills and positive personality.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive company and personal information

His or her job duties include but are not limited to maintaining calendar, event coordination and personal errands.

Office work. (Basic computer skills are required).

Assisting with 6yo child when necessary to include transporting to/from school.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:

Applicants for this position must be 18 years or older. Background check and US resident or EAD card required.

High School Graduate or Associates Degree

Personal Assistant experience preferred

Must possess effective communication and analytical skills, both oral and written
