PM Line Cook (Elkhart)

Looking for the right person with solid line cook experience. The position includes burgers, some appetizers, and seafood. Duties include station prep prior to service, burger setups/builds, deep fried and pan fried appetizers, pan seared fish (salmon, sea bass, octopus), plating, maintaining a clean work space, closing procedures.
