Troubleshooting and fixing assembly problems like opens, shorts, cold-solder, etc. Purchasing and kitting parts for PCB assemblies. Generating documentation to support ill of Materials (M and Es • analog and Digital testing and troubleshooting. Writing and verifying test proceduresYears of Experience required- 3 years of experience but can flex up or down depending on candidate • Top 3 must-have hard skills (no soft-skills) 1) hands on experience, de bugging issues (3 years)2) good organizational skills - Managing lab inventories keeping track of equipment (3 years)3)understand basic scripts and tools – 3 years varies
