HVAC Commercial Installer

Air Management Solutions has been providing thePuget Sound, WA. area with Commercial HVAC solutions since 2002. Servicing our commercial customers inBainbridge Island, Bremerton, Federal Way, Fife, Gig Harbor, Puget Sound, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Silverdale, Tacoma, and the surrounding Washington communities with heating, AC and air quality needs.

We are currently looking for HVAC commercial installer to join our team!We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid continual training, comprehensive benefits package, top compensation and a bonus / spiff program!

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm, with occasional overtime / Saturdays

Pay Scale : $28.00 - $35.00 HR / DOE + Benefits

Position Summary : To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance. Lead on the job site includes supervising other installers and providing on the job training when required.

Required Qualifications :

Pass background check and drug screen

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

High school diploma or its equivalent

2 + years of HVAC Commercial Installation

06A Trainee card, up to date

Ability to to take 06A Electrical Licensing test within 1 year of employment

Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems

Proficient in troubleshooting and installation commercial systems

Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.

Light fabrication skills

Some experience in HVAC low & high voltage systems

Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company

Willingness to attend training classes and seminars

Obtain all Installer based NATE Certifications and keep status current

Ability to test and balance systems

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Qualifications desired :

3 + years of HVAC Commercial Installation Experience

HVAC Certification from a Trade School

Excellent verbal skills / strong communicator

Well organized and ability to work independently and as a team

Strong attention to detail
