Park City's premier ski rental delivery company, Skis on the Run, is hiring full-time Reservations Specialists for the upcoming ski season. Be part of a fun team who sets the standard for service and safety in the ski rental industry. We're looking for professional individuals with excellent customer service and attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving guest reservations via phone and internet

Coordinating delivery schedules with our ski technicians

Completing daily administrative operations

Performing backshop duties and assisting with deliveries on the road as needed.

Safety Standards:

All employees will be wearing masks provided by Skis on the Run during all hours of their shift. This includes while in the back shop and out on deliveries.

All equipment will be sanitized on a regular basis throughout the day and cleaned thoroughly before and after every shift.

Temperature checks will be conducted at the start of every shift with a no contact thermometer.

Looking for hardworking, fun and detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Must excel in a team-oriented environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible schedule needed (am & pm shifts); shifts range from 7:30 am -3:00 pm and 2:30 pm- 10:00 pm. Must be available weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. With morning and evening shifts, you can easily ski or snowboard 3-5 days/week!

Must be at least 21 years old, reliable, hard-working, have a good driving record, and enjoy working with other fun, driven people, as well as being a part of an incredible team.
