The Client Support Specialist is responsible for both processing and reconciling all checks received for client teams and managing the process of client invoicing for a subset of client teams. This role will encompass the entire check process and revenue cycle, and will work closely with client teams, Office Services, Accounting, and Compliance. The Client Support Specialist will also provide reporting to assist the teams with revenue reconciliation each month.Moneta is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wholly focused on going further for our clients. We are one firm with many solutions and we provide a full spectrum of financial advisory services, but our true purpose is centered on building relationships and providing exceptional service to our clients around the globe.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures accurate and timely delivery of high volumes of checks, ensuring Moneta stays compliant with the SEC guidelines.Assists client teams with tracking delivery for checks processed and maintains updated archives of checks records.Central source of truth for the check process, exercising confident individual discretion to solve problems.Creates all invoices for assigned teams and monitors billing queue throughout the month.Manages upcoming months’ adjustments and communicates deadlines with teams.Monitors and confirms account changes per billing period for invoice accuracy:New clientsNew accountsBilled/non-billed accounts and assetsClosed/transferred accountsNotifies teams of account cash needs per billing period.  Confirms all cash balances prior to processing fees at custodians.Prepares and uploads fees to custodians.Confirms payments and closes monthly invoices.Provides revenue reconciliation reporting to teams at month end including:Revenue receivedOutstanding invoice balances
