Flooring Installer Helper (Wausau)

Commercial flooring company seeking full-time helper to support commercial flooring installers and gain knowledge of the installation process.

No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate.

Training will be provided, but applicant must be able and willing to learn all aspects of floor installation from technique to layout, as well as blue print reading. Continued skill growth will be expected and will be accompanied with the appropriate pay raises.

This is a very fast paced and labor intensive position. Candidate must be able to spend 8+ hours a day on feet and/or kneeling and bending to accommodate flooring installation procedures.

Although this position will be based in Wausau, WI, applicant must be willing to travel when necessary, usually 2-4 days at a time within the surrounding areas. Although uncommon, some night and weekend work will be required at times.
