TheSales Enablement Program Manageris a functional position responsible for ensuringTricentis’RevenueGeneratingteamsare equipped with the content, resources, tools, training, and metrics necessary to effectively differentiate and sellTricentisproducts and services.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of training methodologiesandadult learning principles,can work with product, marketing and sales functions seamlessly, and can manage design and delivery projects independently.  This person will be responsible forbuilding out competency frameworks and overall curriculum plans,developingnew content,facilitating and delivering enablement sessions,maintaining Learning Plans and Calendars, andleveraging sales enablement tools likeShowpadandShowpadCoach.This position reports into theGlobal Director ofSales Enablement. 

Qualifications

  • Experience indesigning anddeveloping software tool training
  • Experienceindelivering training courses
  • Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines
  • Excellent level of English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong intercultural competence
  • Ability to work independently as a trainer
  • Willingness to appear on camera and host live webinars

Responsibilities:

  • CollaboratewithSalesleadership,managersindividual contributorsto understand their needs for training and develop solutions in a timely fashion
  • Design and implementassessments to identify competency gaps
  • Manage the development of learning content, in partnership with Product and Marketing teams,tomeet training needs and close competency gaps
  • Collaborate on the development ofnew hire onboarding forSAs,DSRs, and Partner Managers
  • DeliverInstructor-led Training as requiredandfacilitate scheduled and ad hocEnablement calls
  • ManageanEnablement Learning Plan and calendar
  • Assist with the administration and management of theShowpadCoach LMS
  • Assist with the development, deploymentand managementthe organization's sales certification programs
  • Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity
