Job Description: Energetic, sharp, and communicative Product Owner with a positive attitude and a keen interest in current technology and engineering. You will be involved in working with our clients and development teams to own, shape and drive the products we create. Leveraging best practices, you will be involved in the design and implementation of software products that are transforming industries.?We believe small, multi-disciplinary teams are most effective in delivering complex change. Day to Day Responsibilities: Define product vision and roadmap by collaborating with client stakeholders as well as internal engineering and experience teams.Guide client stakeholders in business, engineering, infrastructure, data, and product support with different points of view towards consensus, cut through any noise and drive towards identified business goalsLead requirements gathering working sessions in collaboration with experience designers and engineering teams to identify and define requirements towards product vision and roadmap, prioritize and negotiate scope agreement as requiredCreate a product backlog that documents requirements in epics and user stories, ensure the product backlog is clear and conciseLead an agile team consisting of software engineers, experience designers and quality assurance engineersPrioritize product feature backlog based on importance and dependencies, plan development of the product with a focus on maximizing valueSupport the team and refine user stories if needed so the engineering teams can create and implement the most effective technical solutionLead the planning of incremental product releases and set expectations for delivery of new functionality, negotiate agreement on a scheduleDeliver products that provide measurable results towards the identified business goalsBe the product expert and single contact for any product related questions, be able to communicate what the business needs, understand the why and convey the message to all stakeholders using technical language as requiredProvide clear and concise communication on the status of the implementationRaise issues and concerns internally and with the client and facilitate agreement to a path forward

MUST HAVE Experience:8 years + Software product delivery OR software engineering background 8 years + Azure Cloud8 years +.Net8 years + knowledge and experience of Agile process and principles8 years + Scrum

MUST HAVE Skills:Ability to navigate different types of environments and to take a vision and break it down into smaller bodies of workCommunication and negotiation skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills

Education Requirements:Degree in computer science or another STEM subject is preferred, either at MSc or BSc level, but alternative education paths will be considered
