Position Purpose:Provide comprehensive environmental compliance program development, implementation and support to assigned facility/function Subject Matter Experts, management and leadership to enable unimpeded operations through effective execution of all relevant environmental compliance regulations, policies, procedures, and work methods. Responsible to develop and maintain open communication between functional Subject Matter Experts (SME) and EHS to ensure compliant environmental activity, provide oversight, guidance and support of all facility/functional environmental compliance activity and manage the facility/functional environmental compliance program within the scope of delegated responsibility.Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

Manage, support guide and provide issue resolution for all environmental compliance requirements applicable to all facility/function operations and establish, implement and monitor processes to support those requirements. Ensure enterprise compliance with all federal, state and local environmental regulations promulgated under the US Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Oil Pollution Act, (OPA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) or state, local or international analogues.

Develop, implement and and/or leverage enterprise data systems to ensure requisite environmental data retention requirements are met across the enterprise.

Manage environmental aspects of all facilities infrastructure projects, including site selection, design, acquisition, construction and operation. Corporate SME for all pollution control technology.

Manage cross-functional teams and consultants to bring environmental compliance projects to completion on time and within budget.

Focal point of contact for regulatory interface on all levels to ensure program compliance with multiple state and federal regulatory agencies.

Perform technical analysis of environmental data to support corporate environmental metrics or agency (federal, state, local) reporting. Establish procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Preparation and/or delivery of environmental training programs in conjunction with Gulfstream University.

Additional Functions:

Maintain required. professional licensure pertinent to respective programs. .

Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001 EMS requirements.

Professional Certification preferred.

Familiarization with the determination of air emissions from industrial processes, air pollution control equipment operation, CAA permitting procedures, and air pollutant modeling.

Physical/chemical waste water treatment experience.

MS Excel, Access, Web-based Software Solutions.
