Diversity Construction Group is seeking candidates for entry level temporary positions for administrative assistance that could involve, but is not limited to the following: receptionist, telemarketing, data entry, and general administrative tasks. The opportunity could evolve from a temporary position to a permanent position with growth opportunities, depending on the candidate’s potential.
General skills required for the position include:
1. Excellent computer skills involving Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
2. Very good oral and written communication skills
3. Good organizational skills
4. Warm and approachable personality
5. Bookkeeping skills are a plus
The position requires regular travel to our home office located in Wallingford, CT.
We offer $15.00/hr to start; with a 40-hour per week schedule, Monday through Friday.
