Commercial Maintenance Technicians (2+ Openings) (Arlington, VA & Bethesda, MD)

Job Details (Benefits available after contract period)

Title: Maintenance Technician

Locations: Bethesda, MD & Arlington, MD (you would work at only 1 site, not both)

Duration: 3 month contract to hire, please only apply if interested in long term employment following the contract period (perm after 3 months)

Starting Rate: $18.50/hr

Starting Shift: 7am-4pm (May also have an evening shift from 6pm-2am)

Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the retail store facility as well as the restaurant within. Some work includes HVAC, steam equipment, restaurant equipment, minor electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, and more.

Requirements: Some commercial maintenance experience, restaurant maintenance is a plus also. Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
