We are looking to Fill a positions at our Atlanta office
A growing Financial Services & Real Estate firm, specializing in Tax preparation, Financial Services, Credit Repair and Real Estate Services is searching for a Full time Experience in working in a Tax Office as a Admin/Office Assistant
Duties include:
-Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Data entry
-Greeting clients
- Marketing on All Social medias
-Making Flyers to post on Social medias
- Preparing spreadsheets, documents, and reports
- Client relations and customer service
- Compiling, scanning, faxing, copying, and filing records and documents
Requirements
-Strong organizational skills
- MUST HAVE A OUTGOING PERSONALITY ( MUST)
-1 to 2 years' EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A TAX OFFICE is (PLUS)
- Must have knowledge, skills, and experience with Word Processing, Outlook, Spreadsheet, and related office productivity software
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Must be poised and professional at all times in dress and manners
- Must be punctual and reliable
-Must have reliable transportation
- Experience in Real Estate, Financial, Credit Repair and/or Tax preparation industries (A PLUS)
-High School Diploma or GED required
-A bachelor degree in Business preferred but not required
