Rental Car Agent (Lewiston)

Our company Mia Rental services is an independent contractor for Avis Budget Group the global leader in the travel services industry. We represent two of the most recognized brands in the vehicle rental business, We are customer-led, service-driven, and offer a friendly and collaborative work environment.

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer

Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement

Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs

Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs

Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely

Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner

Complete daily lists and report to the Supervisor and Manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Has a minimum 1 years customer service or sales experience

Possesses great interpersonal and relationship building skills required

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills

Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours

Must have basic computer navigation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

11am-7:30pm

This is a traveling position, your shift will begin in Lewiston at 11am-2 pm and end in Pullman 4pm-7pm. You will have an hour lunch and get paid for drive time.
