DescriptionJob DescriptionBusiness Banking is seeking a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Support Specialist. This person will support the Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers within Business Credit Services. They will be responsible for maintaining and managing activities related to the BB CRE Portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with collecting customer financials and record retention.

Uploading financials for spreading and FaCT monitoring.

Ordering third party reports such has property site inspections, appraisals, and environmental reports.

Manage annual review portfolio reporting.

Qualifications/ Preferred Skills/Experience:

Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

Understanding of commercial real estate financials to make sure complete and accurate data is provided to the Bank.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with AFS, CRMD and other Citizens internal systems a plus.

Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, confident and ability to multitask and prioritize.

A track record of working effectively in a team environment and building strong relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists.

Prefer 3 years of banking or related commercial real estate experience.

Basic understanding of banking regulations, regulations regarding commercial real estate a plus.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

High School or GED required

Associate's degree preferred

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
