Office administrator/Marketing Manager needed for small startup with focus on local economy. Please only apply if you are interested in finding a part-time position with opportunity to advance.

- Completely remote part-time (10-15 hours per week to start) with some afternoon and evening hours, but scheduling is extremely flexible.

- Ideal candidate would be growth-oriented, innovative, have an entrepreneurial mindset, be good at problem solving, possess motivation to increase profits and be able to meet deadlines.

- 98% Telework, but ideal applicants would have transportation with proof of insurance.

- This is a remote job, so phone conversations are a must. Please do NOT apply if you hate talking on the phone with co workers or clients.

- Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Quickbooks Experience Required.

- Excellent typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills required. This is not negotiable.

- Salary is $20/hourly base plus several opportunities to increase pay by commissions or bonuses. Cell phone bill reimbursement is offered, but no other benefits are available at this time. You will be issued a 1099.
