Projects involve application development, application testing, network, server, or software implementation and potential upgrades.Reponsibilities:· Manages stakeholders to set and deliver project expectations.· Leads the planning and implementation of multiple IT projects.· Participates in facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables of routine projects.· Participates in developing project tasks and resource requirements.· Participates in developing, maintaining, and reporting full scale project schedules.· Provides knowledge and direction to less experienced staff.· Understands project budget requirements.· Understands the project timelines focusing on delivering milestones.· Creates and tracks project deliverables using MS Project.· Leads cross-functional team meetings to set expectations and create accountability.· Creates appropriate client interaction deliverables.· Implements all five project phases into the project schedule utilizing PMI best practices.Required Skills:· Confidence when presenting to stakeholders at all levels.· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to utilize MS Project approaching an expert level.· Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.· Ability to provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) in English.· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.· Ability to apply advanced level project management tools and techniques using the PMI framework.· Ability to schedule and run meaningful meetings while producing requisite documentation.· Ability to work independently to meet objectives.· Ability to deliver milestones as defined by the client.· Develop junior project management staff by mentoring and training.· Ability to speak in groups, lead projects and provide a dynamic leadership presence.Required Education/Experience:· Bachelor’s degree· Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)· 7+ years project management experience requiredCTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.For additional information, please contactLaura Dominguezat716-887-7203orlaura.dominguez@ctg.com.
