Onsite Property Manager (Carson City)

Seeking experienced Apartment Manager for 60+ unit apartment complex, that would be a team player.

Need to work directly with the Maintenance crew, and Ownership, to coordinate and oversee the renovation of property. Construction knowledge a plus.

Compensation INCLUDES a TWO Bedroom TWO Bath apartment that has Office attached/next door and also includes paid utilities, 2 parking spaces and fenced backyard. (We are a pet friendly community, with dog park).

>Mandatory experience in Microsoft Excel for rental spreadsheet. Computer word processor knowledge a plus ('Word').

>Organization and customer service skills.

>Knowledge of eviction process a plus.

>Responsible for rent collection and bank deposits.

> During vacancy and rent collection on the 1st you need to be available; otherwise flexible hours, plus pay for doing property work.

> Pay based on experience and work performance, with possible bonuses.
