Responsibilities
Establish new relationships with company provided leads
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with new and existing customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about appropriate insurance options.
Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Self-motivated
Experience in a captive agent office a plus (State Farm office preferred)
Property and Casualty license (required)
Life and Health license (optional)
