Help Wanted Apartment Managerial position/minor maintenance (3616 E. 2nd St.)

Khan's Property of OK Inc. located at 3616 E. 2nd st. Tulsa, OK 74112 is looking to hire a full time maintenance/management position. This is our main office location but location we are looking for help is located at 1140 E. 61st st, Tulsa, OK 74136.

The job would include the following:

1. Maintenance (plumbing, minor electrical, sheet rock repair etc.)

2. Showing and leasing apartments

3. Minor Rent collection

4. Running back ground check online via a computer

5. Light cleaning when work is in office is slow

6. Running errands to collect parts for maintenance crew when necessary

7. Willing to live on site would be ideal but not required (employee discount on rent would be given)

8. Willing to go to other properties when work is slow to assist.

9. When having to drive in a given day to other Khan's Property locations, a gas allowance will be given

In order to qualify for the position all of the following would be required:

1. Have a working vehicle with a decent driving record and valid Drivers License

2. No criminal history within the last 5 years

3. Common courtesy with basic Communication skills(dealing with prospective tenants and current tenants)

4. Basic computer skills

5. Prior experience not required but recommended
