Maintenance Technician

Millennia Housing Management Ltd. is an Industry Leader and a successful property management company based in the Midwest, who is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Cadillac, MI. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position with an attractive salary based on experience.The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of hands on experience in residential building maintenance areas such as carpentry and dry walllaster, plumbing, electrical, HVAC with heat pump experience, grounds/landscaping, and apartment preparation.Must possess an HVAC Certification along with:bull; Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlinesbull; Position requires some on call responsibilities along with occasional overtime and assistance at other sites as needed.bull; Ability to positively interact with a wide range of peoplebull; Ability to work in a fast paced-environmentbull; Ability to lift up to 50 poundsbull; Possess your own small hand toolsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
