PT Office Assistant/Customer Service (Sheboygan Falls)

Bell Tape Inc. is a family owned distribution company in Sheboygan Falls. We have an opening for a Part-Time Office Assistant/Customer Service.

Main Duties Include:

answer phones

help customers with orders

filing

enter orders

prepare AR invoices

enter AP invoices

help maintain inventory

prepare quotes

receive in merchandise

help unload trucks when needed

help in warehouse when needed

prepare packages for shipping

Requirements Include:

customer service experience

must be dependable

able to multi-task

have decent math skills

must be detail oriented/work with accuracy

must be organized

able to work independently

Must be able to help in all aspects of the company. Being a small company, we wear many hats.

Part Time : Tues through Fri.
