As our Cashier Lead, you will have a high level of security responsibility; and must possess a consistent focus on processes and results. Qualifications
Required Experience:- Must be able to provide our customers with world-class, "WOW" customer service
- Strong leadership skills; ability to connect with people, both customers and employees, and good interpersonal skills
- Retail management or supervisory experience is helpful; should be comfortable coaching and mentoring a team, and should be motivated by the team's success
- Ability to hold others accountable and on task in a high paced, front-end retail setting
- Cashier experience and experience with cash handling systems
- Proven capacity for high level and fast activity and the capability to change rapidly and be flexible
- Organized: capable of keeping tasks, information, processes retain-able and retrievable for self and team
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and any business day (including some holidays)
- Physical ability to lift 20-50 pounds on an occasional to recurring basis, stand in one spot for prolonged periods, handle and lift merchandise at approximately elbow level, bend, stoop, lift, carry and walk (including stairs)
Additional Information
