Field Organizer (Chicago suburbs)

We are looking for individuals excited to get involved in the political process and eager to speak with voters about issues and candidates on the ballot in November. Political experience is not necessary, but the ability to effectively communicate with voters is a must.

Experience and Skills of successful candidates:

Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals and gain their engagement

Adaptability to learn and deploy new messages and tactics to meet changing environments

Provide initial analysis of information gathered from voters to inform future messages and strategies

Experience in sales or customer service, especially door-to-door marketing, and direct customer relations

Typical Responsibilities:

Canvass door to door to discuss issues with voters

Work with local team to build and execute efficient voter contact strategies

Provide team with personal analysis of voter responses to messaging

Arlington Heights IL

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Must be willing to go door-to-door

Personable and willing to engage voters

Must pass a background check and authorized to work in the US

Sales, customer service, field, or campaign experience is preferred but not required

Compensation:

Starting at $3,400 per month with opportunity to earn significantly more dependent on performance.
