The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$65,500.00 - $108,100.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?Reports to the Loss Sensitive Sr. Director. Function as a technical resource within Region/Zone to provide day-to-day receivable account technical expertise to unit members. Identify training needs and recommend training plans to manager. Conduct training and works to continually enhance the effectiveness of incumbents in the Receivable Management unit. Works with Regional Receivable Officer to identify production and collection results, trends, and identify areas for improvement. Track and follow up with Receivable Account Managers on problematic production or collection problems. May handle highly complex account portfolio as required.The Work Arrangement for this position is based on location.What Will You Do?

Provide technical expertise to all Receivable Account Management staff in the review and interpretation of Loss Sensitive and Guaranteed Cost Insurance Legal Agreements, program charges and calculations associated with the Ultimate Receivable on each program sold.

Provide guidance in the area of the setup of accounts in the Plan Data system, the production of all bill types, application of payments received, and in the research of discrepancies.

Provide analysis and advice to unit members in effective methods to assess disputes and issues related to accounts which are in arrears.

Recommend when accounts should be referred to outside attorneys or collection agencies in order to resolve issues raised.

Perform full receivable account management responsibilities for own case load.

Includes review and development of receivable amounts, application of payments received, and development of strategies and negotiation and resolution of disputed/problems accounts.

Work effectively to resolve disputes with insureds/brokers/consultants and attorneys.

Coordinate the swift resolution of the cash flow process by working closely with a variety of internal Travelers areas and Controllers and Litigation Management.

Respond to special billing/reporting requests from customers on complex accounts.

Develop creative solutions to provide the customer with the data/information requested.

Take a leadership role in generating ideas and improvements to area operations by proactively identifying efficiencies and process enhancements.

Make recommendations to Loss Sensitive Leadership on implementing processes to improve the efficiency and service within the organization.

Participate in the design and implementation of development and training programs for team members with Loss Sensitive Leadership.

Conduct training as appropriate.

Develop and produce a variety of management information reports for Senior Management of Operations/Marketing/Finance.

Provide analysis of report results, as required.

Respond to questions from upper management on data produced, and assist home office and field management with questions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What is a Must Have?

High school diploma or equivalent required.
