Lincoln Home is looking for a part time Administrative Support Person. This person must have the ability to maintain and understand confidentiality and possess a calm and gracious manner. They will work under the direction of the Quality Improvement Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering the phone, transferring calls, taking clear and accurate messages, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, maintain the front desk, separate and sort mail, have excellent organizational skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Required qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma/GED
