Product Owner

Job Summary:As the Technical Product Manager of Integrations, you will be responsible for driving the development of integrations with various third-party products and services. Your main objective will be to enable us to ingest data from other systems, platforms, and tools to improve customers' overall experience and enable new use cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, and marketing to identify integration opportunities that align with our product roadmap and business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and workflows to ensure integrations are designed and delivered in a way that meets their expectations and enhances their experience.
• Define and prioritize integration requirements and work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch integrations that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure we can integrate with their products effectively and efficiently.
• Work with the technical documentation team to develop and maintain documentation for the integrations, including API documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with the product marketing team to develop and maintain data sheets, case studies, blog posts and videos to communicate the value of integrations to customers .
• Monitor and analyze integration usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to integrations and security operations to ensure we stays ahead of the competition.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on APIs.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development and API design.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful integrations with third-party products and services.
• Strong understanding of security operations, including security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights from data and feedback.
• Disciplined, organized and accountable. You will be juggling many things at once, this should excite you not deter you.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
