It is a Dispatcher role which means handling the switchboard at our customer and appropriately entering the calls, if necessary, into ConnectWise (their ticketing system) and routing it to the correct agent. They will also be responsible to ensuring the volume in the ticketing system que stays low and following through to ensure calls are resolved.since it is a smaller company, they will have other responsibilities based on their initiative and drive and how they want to step up to help. This person could go technical or they go move into the admin/sales/marketing side depending on their interests and abilities.Currently they, have people in the office and working remotely based on their preference and how comfortable they are. I would say this person will have to be onsite a bit in the beginning as they get comfortable and up to speed. A few key details below:

Hours (M-F) 8am to 5pm or core business hours
