Position DescriptionWhat does a great Senior Business Systems Analyst do?You will be a member of Fiserv enterprise solutions for both the licensed Signature and Signature ASP core banking products- responsible for the design and support of software solutions and services; through engagement with our client banks, gathering their requests, and interpreting them into business requirement documentation. This documentation, in turn, serves as the guide for the construction and QA testing of our solutions. The solutions provided may be in involve modifications or improvements to our Signature banking product, brand-new products, integration with other Fiserv products, or any combination of the aforementioned.In addition, you may also provide consulting or support services to our clients, helping them to traverse through the configuration and implementation of new technologies and solutions.In this role, you can expect to:

Engage with representatives of our client banks, working with them to drive toward a refined definition of their project request.

High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Review and understand business process around all of the client bank’s modifications

Act as the client’s primary point of contact for anything related to Signature.

Author requirements documents that define the solutions to be delivered; the scope, inputs processes and outputs.

Conduct preliminary evaluation and estimation for new project requests.

Review peer requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are aligned with the business objectives per the client request.

Assist in root cause analysis of issues, in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units. Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. May provide financial or operational business related analysis and research to support business goals.

Contribute to the review of our organizational process and procedures; provide recommendations to improve business processes.

Use your fundamentals of system interfaces and file transmissions

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

3+ years of experience on the Fiserv Signature Loan platform

8+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst

Experience with data interfaces (Prologue, Verafin, ALM, VQN, FCRM, OLB, etc.)

Experience with iSeries data transfers (and how to guide client through changes)

Travel Required : 20% travel requiredPreferred Qualification for Consideration:

Experience writing well-abstracted, reusable code for back-end and UI components.

Experience initiating and supporting requests for setup of ACH processing for outsource

Experience with Fed files v. third party origination v. bank origination files

Experience with basic business flow around Signature interfaces for EFT, VRU, OLB and new account & teller systems (Desktop/Aperio).

Experience with data warehouse

Batch Transaction Entry (BTE) experience (both for client BTEs and auto load BTE)

Experience with iSeries Query fundamentals, library structures, and their meaning within Signature
