Job Details of Warehouse Specialist:Job Title: Warehouse SpecialistLocation: Burlington, VTDuration: 5 months Roles & Responsibilities of Warehouse Specialist: Receives, stages, and stores medical countermeasures, vaccine supplies, PPE, and deployable assets and communicates daily shipments received to the MCM Task Force Leader. Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping personal protective equipment (PPE). Assists the Vaccine Depot with storing, staging, picking, packaging, maintaining, and transporting COVID-19 vaccines and associated supplies. Perform deliveries of medical countermeasures to include but not be limited to PPE, Vaccines, Therapeutics, and ancillary supplies using State vehicles and trailers. Assists with managing the inventory of 30,000 sq ft of Health Department Warehouse space. Supports the maintenance of Health Department deployable assets and vehicles with the proper upkeep and preventative maintenance. Inputs data into inventory database online; generates and runs daily/weekly reports using Excel Moderate to extensive computer literacy required must be able to generate tables/reports in Excel, use Microsoft OneDrive, and Sharepoint, and manage online databases, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite. Coordinate and communicate daily with other State agencies (BGS, AOT, VEM, etc.), stakeholders, first responders, the public, etc. Perform administrative work as required. Participates in rotating after-hours/weekend on-call shifts. Supports cleaning of vehicles, warehouse, and office spaces.Vacancy expired!
